In seiner Rede erz\u00e4hlte er eine Geschichte \u00fcber etwas, woran er beim schreiben denkt. Um sie mehr Menschen zug\u00e4nglich zu machen, habe ich einen Ausschnitt (gefunden bei <a href=\"https:\/\/kottke.org\/20\/06\/always-stand-on-the-side-of-the-egg\">Jason Kottke<\/a>) auf Deutsch \u00fcbersetzt. Auf die Schnelle, Verbesserungsvorschl\u00e4ge sind willkommen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Zwischen einer hohen, massiven Mauer und einem Ei, das an ihr zerbrechen wird, werde ich immer an der Seite des Eis stehen.<\/p><cite>Haruki Murakami<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Egal, wie sehr die Mauer im Recht sein k\u00f6nnte und wie sehr das Ei im Unrecht, ich werde mit dem Ei stehen. Jemand anderes muss entscheiden, das richtig und falsch ist; vielleicht wird das die Zeit oder die Geschichte entscheiden. G\u00e4be es eine Schriftstellerin oder einen Schriftsteller, die Werke f\u00fcr die Seite der Mauer schreiben w\u00fcrden, welchen Wert h\u00e4tten diese Werke?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Was bedeutet diese Metapher? Manchmal ist es fast zu einfach: Kampfflugzeuge und Panzer und Raketen und Phosphorbomben sind diese hohe, massive Mauer. Die Eier sind die unbewaffneten Zivilisten, die von ihnen zerschlagen, verbrannt und beschossen werden. Das ist die eine Bedeutung der Metapher.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aber das ist noch nicht alles. Es gibt eine tiefere Bedeutung. Sieh&#8216; es mal so. Jede und jeder von ist ist, mehr oder weniger, ein Ei. Jede Person ist eine einzigartige, unersetzbare Seele in einer zerbrechlichen H\u00fclle. Das gilt f\u00fcr mich und f\u00fcr jede und jeden von euch. Und wir alle stehen in verschiedenem Grade einer hohen, massiven Mauer gegen\u00fcber. Sie hat einen Namen: Sie ist Das System.
