Und da ist Carter, das Gegenteil. K\u00f6rperlich, offen f\u00fcr alles, s\u00fcchtig nach der Ber\u00fchrung, nach dem Spa\u00df. Die Beiden treffen aufeinander und der Ich-Erz\u00e4hler kommt ins Straucheln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ally Klein geht es nicht um die Geschichte, ihr geht es um die Atmosph\u00e4re, um das Erkunden des Gef\u00fchls und blinden Tasten nach dem eigenen Sein. Die Geschichte selbst ist f\u00fcr sie dabei nur Mittel, schmuckloses Beiwerk. Ich strebe aber nach Geschichten. Ich will wissen, was passiert, wie es passiert, warum es passiert. Dieses Ich macht es mir schwer, aber nachdem ich \u00fcber die ersten paar Seiten bin, nachdem ich mich auf ihn (oder sie) eingestellt habe, bin ich drin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich mag die Sprache, das Suchen der Worte, die Art, Dinge zu beschreiben. In meinem <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mokita.de\/blog\/texte\/das-leben-ist-ein-erdbeben\/\">ersten Roman<\/a> gibt es einen bisschen sonderbaren Charakter, der kaum mit Leuten spricht, aber extrem viel liest und ganz anders mit der Sprache umgeht:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Ich konnte zwar Deutsch sprechen, doch Alex spielte mit den Worten. Er w\u00e4hlte jedes seiner Worte bewusst aus, er war wie ein M\u00f6nch der Worte. Machte lange Pausen, nur um unter zehn m\u00f6glichen das einzig wirklich passende herauszupicken. Nahm sie zur\u00fcck, wenn sie nicht passten, und spuckte ein weiteres aus. Er lie\u00df sie durch seine Finger gleiten, wie Stoff, den man auf seine Qualit\u00e4t hin \u00fcberpr\u00fcft. Er lie\u00df keine unbewusste Zweideutigkeit in seinen Redewendungen aufkeimen.<\/p><cite>aus &#8218;Das Leben ist ein Erdbeben und ich stehe neben dem T\u00fcrrahmen&#8216;<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Daran musste ich denken, als ich Carter las. Und obwohl ich mehr auf Story, als auf Atmosph\u00e4re stehe, konnte ich hier beides genie\u00dfen. Ich kam mir manchmal vor wie auf einem Trip und war die ganze Zeit auf der Suche nach Hinweisen, Konkretem. Wollte wissen, was wirklich passiert und was nur in seinem Kopf (f\u00fcr mich ist es eindeutig ein Er). Und dass ich am Ende wieder am Anfang bin, hat mich erst ge\u00e4rgert und dann sehr gefreut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-tumblr\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<div class=\"tumblr-post\" data-href=\"https:\/\/embed.tumblr.com\/embed\/post\/t:Jf8XPotb6_SIvoVbcMZHuw\/179617790212\/v2\" data-did=\"1e894366ff2b3d8733c37775bc58500f56d39934\"  ><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tumblr.com\/wasuebrigbleibt\/179617790212\/ich-liebte-carter-mittendrin-anfangslos\">https:\/\/www.tumblr.com\/wasuebrigbleibt\/179617790212\/ich-liebte-carter-mittendrin-anfangslos<\/a><\/div><script async src=\"https:\/\/assets.tumblr.com\/post.js?_v=38df9a6ca7436e6ca1b851b0543b9f51\"><\/script>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Transparenz: Ally und ich sind befreundet. Ich kannte fr\u00fchere Ausschnitte aus Carter, sie kennt Rohversionen meiner Texte. Gerade deshalb bin ich \u00fcberrascht. Weil ich \u201awei\u00df\u2018, dass wir ganz unterschiedlich arbeiten, ganz unterschiedlich lesen. Ich dachte, ich lese ihren Roman mit der zugewandten Haltung eines Freundes. Ich war aber unvoreingenommener, gefangener Leser. Daf\u00fcr: Danke!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2OUfH9l\">Carter<\/a>&nbsp;ist ein dichtes Buch, ein fast absatzloser Trip voller Eindr\u00fccke, der viel Platz f\u00fcr die eigene Interpretation l\u00e4sst. Viel Platz zum Nachdenken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Carter von Ally Klein erschien bei <a href=\"https:\/\/www.droschl.com\/buch\/carter\/\">Droschl<\/a>.
