oder habe mich ungeschickt von ihm gel\u00f6st -, weil ich die Freiheit haben wollte, mir selbst Sachen auszudenken.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ich kenne Gaiman noch gar nicht so lange, aber ich lese seine B\u00fccher gern, ich mag dieses Realit\u00e4t plus einen Hauch Magie. Ich sehe ihn mir auch gern an, wenn er <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mokita.de\/blog\/2012\/06\/02\/vortrag-neil-gaiman-uber-das-schreiben-make-good-art\/\">Reden und Vortr\u00e4ge<\/a> h\u00e4lt. Nun ist ein ganzes Buch davon entstanden, eine Sammlung von Vorworten, Essays, Reden und Vortr\u00e4gen, die Gaiman in mehr als 20 Jahren in der Unterhaltungsbranche verfasst hat.<\/p>\n<div class=\"tumblr-post\" data-href=\"https:\/\/embed.tumblr.com\/embed\/post\/t:Jf8XPotb6_SIvoVbcMZHuw\/172557336962\/v2\" data-did=\"c991fa292463a3c95bdad0da51f473fbb33e2c97\"  ><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tumblr.com\/wasuebrigbleibt\/172557336962\/und-literatur-schenkt-und-empathie-sie-versetzt\">https:\/\/www.tumblr.com\/wasuebrigbleibt\/172557336962\/und-literatur-schenkt-und-empathie-sie-versetzt<\/a><\/div>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/assets.tumblr.com\/post.js?_v=38df9a6ca7436e6ca1b851b0543b9f51\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Einigerma\u00dfen sortiert nach Dingen \u00fcber das Schreiben selbst, \u00fcber andere Menschen und \u00fcber seine eigenen Geschichten. Gaiman schreibt selbst, es ist kein Buch, dass man einfach von vorne nach hinten lesen sollte. Ich habe es getan und es klappt tats\u00e4chlich nicht gut. Weil Gaiman zwar extrem gut Geschichten erz\u00e4hlen und Vortr\u00e4ge halten kann, aber gelesen funktionieren diese Vortr\u00e4ge leider nicht so gut, wie wenn man sie h\u00f6rt. Und wenn man einen nach dem anderen liest, merkt man eben doch, dass sie aus einem Kopf kommen und manche Bilder, Ideen und Anekdoten &#8211; so gut sie sind &#8211; immer wieder von Gaiman verwendet worden. Irgendwann hatte ich dann das Gef\u00fchl, schon zu kennen, was ich las.<\/p>\n<p>Es sind viele sch\u00f6ne Texte in diesem Buch, viele Leseempfehlungen und viele tolle Gedanken, richtig spannend wird es aber dann, wenn Neil Gaiman seine alten Texte nochmal kommentiert und in Zusammenhang bringt.<\/p>\n<p>Es ist eine gute Zusammenstellung zum Teil sonst kaum erh\u00e4ltlicher Texte und ich hatte meine Freude, es zu lesen. Aber ich kann es nur Fans empfehlen und w\u00fcnschte mir mehr Aufmerksamkeit und ein wenig mehr Zeit bei der Komposition.<\/p>\n<p>Eine Sache noch, im Original hei\u00dft das Buch &#8218;The View from the Cheap Seats&#8216;. Der titelgebende Aufsatz hei\u00dft im Buch auch &#8218;Die Aussicht von den billigen Pl\u00e4tzen&#8216;. Warum das Buch selbst eine ungenauere \u00dcbersetzung erhalten hat, wei\u00df ich nicht, aber es irritiert mich.<\/p>\n<p><em><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2EhrOIm\">Beobachtungen aus der letzten Reihe<\/a>\u00a0von Neil Gaiman wurde \u00fcbersetzt von Rainer Schumacher und Ruggero Le\u00f2 und erschien bei <a href=\"https:\/\/www.luebbe.de\/eichborn\/buecher\/kultur\/beobachtungen-aus-der-letzten-reihe\/id_6050632\">Eichborn<\/a>.
