Und dann erf\u00e4hrt er, dass seine Mutter den erzkonservativen Pr\u00e4sidentschaftskandidaten im Park mit Kieseln beworfen hat und nun einen Shitstorm \u00fcber sich ergehen lassen muss.<\/p>\n<p>Und nun soll er, der seit Jahren seine Entt\u00e4uschung \u00fcber seine Mutter kultiviert, einen \u00f6ffentlichen Brief schreiben, um die Bev\u00f6lkerung zu beruhigen. Das ist der Beginn und die Rahmenhandlung. Aber dann taucht der Roman ein in unz\u00e4hlige Geschichten von Dutzenden Personen \u00fcber einen Zeitraum von mehr als 50 Jahren, spinnt viele kleine F\u00e4den, die sich alle immer wieder irgendwo kreuzen.<\/p>\n<p>Seit <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mokita.de\/blog\/2016\/11\/27\/hoerbuch-am-ende-aller-zeiten-von-adrian-j-walker-gelesen-von-uve-teschner\/\"><em>Am Ende aller Zeiten<\/em><\/a> habe ich Uve Teschner in meinem Bewusstsein. Kurz vor der <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mokita.de\/blog\/2017\/04\/03\/die-leipziger-buchmesse-2017-in-blitzlichtern\/\">Buchmesse in Leipzig<\/a>\u00a0und dem <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mokita.de\/blog\/2017\/05\/03\/literaturcafe-de-podcast-vier-buecher-ein-film-drei-rueckblicke-und-ein-bonus\/\">Interview<\/a> mit ihm und Dietmar Wunder habe ich dann erfahren, dass er <a href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/2tmCPYs\">Geister<\/a>\u00a0eingesprochen hat und ich habe mir das H\u00f6rbuch geholt, ohne zu wissen, worum es geht. Geiles Cover und Uve Teschner, reicht erstmal. Und dann habe ich ihm 23 Stunden zugeh\u00f6rt, alle diese Ausf\u00fchrungen mitgenommen, viel gelacht und mitgef\u00fchlt und nat\u00fcrlich mir \u00fcber mein eigenes Leben Gedanken gemacht.<\/p>\n<p>Bei diesen knapp 900 Seiten war die H\u00f6rbuchvariante meine bessere Wahl. Weil bei all den guten Geschichten, irgendwann war die Hauptgeschichte so weit auseinandergezerrt, dass ich froh war, dass mir das jemand vorliest und ich nicht selbst lesen muss. Weil ich h\u00f6chstwahrscheinlich irgendwann aufgeh\u00f6rt h\u00e4tte.<\/p>\n<p>Dennoch: Gro\u00dfer Roman mit guten Geschichten und viel zum Nachdenken. Urlaubslekt\u00fcre, wenn man den Biss hat, durchzuhalten.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/2tmCPYs\">Geister<\/a>\u00a0von Nathan Hill wurde \u00fcbersetzt von\u00a0Katrin Behringer und Werner L\u00f6cher-Lawrence und erschien bei <a href=\"https:\/\/www.piper.de\/buecher\/geister-isbn-978-3-492-05737-0\">Piper<\/a>. Das H\u00f6rbuch wurde gesprochen von Uve Teschner und erschien bei <a href=\"http:\/\/www.audible.de\/pd\/Romane\/Geister-Hoerbuch\/B01N2WTW3N\">Audible<\/a>.
